I drive an hour to visit this clinic and it's well worth the drive! The front-end staff are courteous. The medical staff actually recognized that I had uncontrolled asthma, a fact that many previous professionals had overlooked for many years. They listened to me at Allergy Asthma & Immunology. They made me feel heard and validated.

Actual medical staff are great, if a little rushed. Front desk staff are rude both in person and on the phone. One woman in particular treats everyone like they are stupid if they don’t know every procedure, policy, and hours of operation. If I were able to choose a different facility I would.
EDIT: change from 3 to 4 starts. Staff contacted me and apologized. Since then, contacts have been polite, courteous, and helpful.
