Amy is an incredible person to work with. She has been here for every step of the way. She helped explain what the insurance adjuster would do and how the reporting would work. Because of our short turn on the sale of the house, she moved our job up to help the new owners. In less than 12 hours, they tore off the old roof, replaced it with a new roof and then cleaned up everything so you would never have known they were there. The communication, follow up and follow through are top notch. One of the best experiences I have had with a service company for myself. I will highly recommend her for any roofing/exterior needs that you might have.

Amy and team were quick to respond and very communicative in the repair of a leak we had with our roof. Amy has also been very helpful in pointing us toward contractors for related repairs. I felt she had our best interests in mind and worked with us to consider options with materials and pricing.

Something I never thought I'd say about getting a new roof - what a fun, amazing experience! Communication was perfect (and we ask a LOT of questions from start to finish), scheduling was a breeze, they got to our house SUPER fast, we were sent photos throughout the whole process, and they were finished in a single day. Amy is a DELIGHT to work with and knows her stuff. The roof is amazing, the crew was efficient and friendly, they cleaned up every nail and scrap of material afterwards, and they've called to check on the roof after recent storms. To say we're impressed is an understatement. We will ALWAYS recommend AKW.
