We had an amazing plumber come out to help with a plumbing emergency. And when it wasn't completely fixed, the company stood by their work and made the rest of the changes free. So we definitely called when we had another issue. Mo took care of us and gave us helpful advice for preventing the issue from coming back. Highly recommend -- especially if you can get Mo.

Called them Thursday night because water was pouring out of our pipe behind washer, Toby came out and helped us then came back out Friday afternoon with another technician to help, we got it fixed for now for the most part. I'm just happy to be able to use my washer again and dishwasher.

We just moved into a 30 year old home on Friday. It had been sitting for a month + and so by the 48 hour mark, there was water in our bathroom floor and water overflowing in the garage drain. We called Roto Rooter at 9:30pm and we had a technician out at 11pm to help. The following day, we had 2 more technicians out to help further. The technicians on the second day were tremendous, one of which was named Blake. They were knowledgeable and professional - even patient while I provided my severely limited knowledge of plumbing and my take on what was wrong.
