Fantastic customer service! They came the same day I called and took time to find the real problem which was my shower faucet instead of my hot water heater (which I thought was the problem). Quoted the repair, got the part and did the repair without having to make another appointment. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, quick and clean. A pleasure to have them in my home. Our water heater wasn’t working last night, so we gave Acts of Service Plumbing a call first thing this morning. Michael moved things around in his schedule and was at our house replacing it within the hour. He was so conscious of making sure he didn’t track in mud, communicated the issues and was prompt on an estimate, which was reasonable. We approved the estimate and the water heater was installed right away. Definitely plan to keep AOS as our plumbers for any future needs!
