“I was at Home Depot during Black Friday and they had an Amazing Promotion on an HVAC Tune-up. I purchased the Tune-up for my Heater even though it still was working but it had been awhile since it had been checked. I was notified by Snow Bear that a technician was coming to my house and the appointment time as well a confirmed date. This morning I received a text message letting me know the time slot and the tech's name was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He asked to see the Heater to check it out and went to work. He checked out my connections, made sure the unit was functioning properly and saw a small issue that recommended to be cleaned but that was the service I paid for..
