Stand up guy originally that offered to help me out when I was in need of truck repairs. Things went very smoothly till the very end. That is when it turned for the worst and became very unfortunate. I was not really that upset at all as my truck job was not an easy one, it actually took 6 months for him to get it fixed (Was fine as was project anyways). All was good till I went to pick up my truck. It is an older truck, but the body on it was Perfect, needless to say, it is not anymore ! There were 2 noticeable dents on the front end of my truck. Also, my front windshield now has a damn crack in it starting from bottom middle going across from left to right about 7 inches long !!! Listen, I was not even really upset as appreciated his help on the job, but he DENIED everything saying it was like that already ??? PURE 100% LIE. Also whoever his helper is, he did let me know before I came to pick it up that his helper had made a mistake and bent my front bumper so he did replace that at no charge. WELL, apparently that was not all his helper must have MESSED UP on my truck !!! Why he would not just work with me and at least apologize or offer a small discount, I have no idea. He ended up as I called him during my truck drive home, hanging up on me saying a few times while I was talking...Fk You...Fk You, then hung up on me. I tried to call him back 3 times, vmail. Damn shame. Be careful working with this man, he may snap on you like he did me, which was totally unprofessional.
Tony went above and beyond in helping me recover from a roadside mishap at a time when his shop was closed and he could very easily said sorry can't do it. He not only helped me find a tow truck for my car, he also lined up a ride for me and even better, he had made my vehicle roadworthy by 9am the next day.
Spike is this guys name and he said I needed a water pump on my Sierra but the weather was so nice on Friday that I kind of put it off. I also thought I could make it home (Louisiana) the way it was but that night I saw all of the leaking. Now I’m thinking I’m really going to be stuck but Saturday morning he was there doing some paperwork. He knew I was in a spot in that small ( I mean really really small) town so he did the job for me. Then other people started pulling in thinking he was open! Then I really felt kind of guilty but he actually helped them out too. This was back in summer of 17 and the pump is still fine. I’m sorry it took me so long to do this review...read full review
