My kids have attended classes for over 3 years. It has been a great learning experience for them. It keeps them in great shape physically but also works on mental and emotional resilience. The instructors really care about the kids and are a positive influence in their lives.

They make the classes fun for the students. The staff are patient with the kids, always check in with us if we miss classes. They have different classes available for all skill and age levels. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent staff and facility. They make training fun for the students and they teach alot of practical defenses. They work with all skill levels and body types. It is a very welcoming environment for new students.
