The staff is thoughtful and patient, especially with dogs that have special requirements, such as hip dysplasia or behavioral issues. We have 2 100 dogs we adopted out of the Arizona desert that were feral when we got them. Different places we tried left marks on them & uneven cuts. One told us not to bring them back, they were too wild. We have been taking them to Kathy for over 2 years now & she is so good to them & always does a good job. She will always have my business.
Kathy and her staff were absolutely wonderful with my two boys! One of my dogs has hip dysplasia and has a very hard time getting around and is often in pain. I was so nervous to take him to anyone, but they were so sweet and patient with him.
The other one is a fighter and I just knew that he would give them a run for their money. But they charmed him right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I wouldn't take my fellas to anyone else.
