When I called about a plumbing issue Candace was very quick in assisting me. Justin and his crew (Dray, Taylor, & Jerry) were fantastic in diagnosing my problem. They worked hard to get the job done. Justin, Dray, and Taylor were very patient in answering my many questions and concerns. Justin's leadership quality was very evident and they all worked well as a team. They were efficient, friendly, patient, and kind and did an expert job. I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend Justin and his crew to anyone who needed help with plumbing issues. On Sunday, I called Patriot expecting to leave a voicemail but a very nice person answered and we made an appt. for Tuesday for help with a leaking pipe in our irrigation system. Tuesday at 8:30 am help arrived from Patriot. Two technicians got to work examining, diagnosing, fixing and testing their work. Joe assured me that if anything went wrong Wednesday (today) he would come right back and fix it! Nothing went wrong - the pipe doesn't leak and the system works great. Patriot technicians are on time, very friendly and know what they are doing! A+. EXCELLENT is the grade my husband and I give them! I would recommend Patriot Sewer and Drain Services, Inc. to ALL!
