Great company to work with. Fast response, arrived when they told me they would. Did the job efficiently and with no problems. They dug out and replaced a broken water hydrant in my yard. The repair they did was better than the original work. I could not be happier. The $$ for the work was reasonable for what work and parts were needed. I hope I don't need a plumber in a while but if I do Hancock will be my first call.

2 leaky outdoor faucets were fixed in 30 minutes! ! Chris did my house when it was built over 24 years ago. No issues until the leaky faucets. Built to last! I would recommend them to anyone!

We would definitely turn to Hancock Plumbing for assistance any time. Chris communicated well, showed up today, got to the root of our issue with the upstairs bathroom, created an easy access panel for future issues, and was 100% transparent and trustworthy as well as very affordable. I deleted all other area plumbers information from my phone and only have their information saved to use from now on.
