Had the worst hair cut of my life. I brought a photo of the cut I wanted and discussed it with Nancy, but what I got didn't even resemble the cut I asked for. It took months to grow my hair long enough to do this chin length cut but what I got barely hits the bottom of my ear. So disappointing. This is the first time in years that I actually HATE my hair! Feeling ugly!
