Matt, Keith, & Ben creatively reducted our whole home for our major renovation project. Using top materials & installing new units for us across the board — this team really went the extra mile for us. When you call, these folks are so quick to help! Our new split system works so well & the mini split in our garage studio is perfect. Roy & his team have a full 5 star recommendation from us & earned our trust along the way. Hire them!
Last Sunday came home and AC was done. I secured a loan on Tuesday and submitted request for replacement Wednesday. Thursday morning They arrived and removed all the old equipment and installed the new updated system Ac and Heater. Beyond happy and thankful. Great service and very helpful.
My technician, Ben, was on time and worked efficiently to service my two AC units. He was well-dress and professional as he explained to me what service he was performing. He was respectful of my home and was patient as he answered my questions regarding what I can do as a new homeowner to maintain my system.
After the service, I received an invoice with clear, reasonable pricing which accurately reflected the service performed. The invoice was easy to pay online with a credit card.
I will hire B&L again. They are a solid business with friendly, knowledgeable staff.
