Allstate is a great Pest Control company. There technician Russell is AWESOME he takes great pride in his work. He goes above and beyond expectations. Russell has great customer service as well.Thank you Allstate!!

My now husband and I used them back in may of 2019 and they heat treated our house for bed bugs. For the most part the bugs were gone. We had to call them out twice after that during the 2 month warranty cause we found more bugs. We didn't find many but we didn't want to find any. They came out each time and spayed where we seen them. 2 weeks after the warranty expired we found close to 40 more bugs. They came out and re heat treated the house. We were gone for 3 days so the house would have more time to cool down and kill any remaining bugs. We got back last night and slept great no sight of bugs or bites. The only thing I don't like about the company is they don't do a 1 year warranty when other companies do. Also they don't call you when your warranty is about to expire to check on things. Overall it's a great company but in the event we ever get bed bugs again I want someone who offers at least a 1 year warranty. Bed bugs aren't a cheap thing to get rid of. Also if you don't stay on top of the problem it only gets worse. We are a low income family and since our warranty expired in the event we get bugs again we would just have to deal with it till we had money to get it done again which only makes matters worse so a year warranty would be much appreciated for anyone.
