The blower motor on our heating unit decided to freeze up and give up the ghost. Being in the midst of an arctic blast made it especially cruel. Been without central heat for 2 days. Made a call to Air-O. They sent out the Double Ds, Dillon B. and Dillon V. These techs were awesome. They were very polite and personable. Very technically proficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem. Answered all our questions. Found a replacement motor and had the system running like new in no time. I highly recommend Air-O. The double D's Rock. Great work gentlemen !

Wow! These guys just installed a full HVAC system (furnace, A/C, thermostat) in my home, worked very hard all day. So professional and curteous answering my questions and staying long to make sure my new thermostat was operational and that I understood how to use it. Chris and DJ and all of you amazing guys, Thank you!! I feel way better going into the new year knowing I won't have to worry about my furnace and A/C unit. The system is American Standard made in Tyler, Texas too!!
