I called Sparks to diagnose my air conditioning system that has caused us so much heartache and money for the last three years. Mr. Sparks and his assistant arrived on time which was appreciated. These two HVAC experts literally laid down in the dirt at my outside unit and within minutes found what may have been the issue all these years. I was being proactive yesterday and hooked up our little generator to the house. I had never used it before for the house. It worked pretty well until it started missing and surging. Unfortunately the power surged also and knocked out our electronic thermostat. At 5:30 I went to Lowes looking for an electric heater (sold out) and bought a new thermostat. I got the thermostat installed, but still no heat from the furnace. So we went to bed with our wood stove blazing and an electric heater in the bedroom. Coldest the house ever got was 68 degrees. So we did fine. Danielle called every local heating and air company this morning, but no one was able to get out in this weather.... read full review
