We had to use our towing insurance because of a breakdown. Our agent, Megan, jumped right on it and took care of every detail. She made it easy and promptly arranged for a wrecker to take our car to a mechanic. Also, State Farm paid the entire bill for the tow. We are extremely happy with our agent and State Farm. They are the best of all insurance companies.
