We had mulitple GFI's blown over a period of time, and needed some worn outlets replaced. We also wanted a power outlet added to a wall. Dennis and James came in and had it all completed in know time. Price was well under what we expected! My Wife is happy and that means I would recommend Route 66 Electric to everyone!!!

Great company. Had a problem that was hidden and they fixed it. Did great job. They answered phone and didn't send me to an answering service. Everyone was very nice and timely.

I called Harp first, their review is below.Dennis is the owner of route 66 electrical and is very friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job,If you need mobile home electrical work, call him first. Here is my experience with Harp:I needed electrical service and scheduled a visit from Harp on Aug 31 2020. Full disclosure: I have a manufactured home which can be quite different to work on than a conventional home and quite a few places will not work on mobile home electrical problems. My problem was part of the home had no electricity and it was not a breaker problem. The Harp tech arrived on time, clean and professional. He diagnosed the problem as a wiring vault in one outlet which was wired to several other circuits in that part of the house. He said the wiring was 15 amp wire, the breaker was 20 amp the the wire gave up before the breaker tripped. He said the repair would require running new wiring under the house from the breaker panel, cutting into the floor and wall to run the new wire.He also recommended replacing all the 20 amp breakers with 15 to match the wiring. He estimated this would take about 1.5 days and cost almost $1000. I requested a written bid of the work, said we would think about it and he left.I then called a local electrician experienced with mobile homes, he found the same problem BUT also knew there was a junction splint under the home which came from the breaker box and often these joints go bad which was exactly what had happened. He replaced that, a 20 amp breaker, and the wall outlet for $240.I do not fault Harp for not knowing more about mobile home wiring but I do fault them for never getting me a written quote regarding the work to be performed, when I called for that request it was apparent they really did not want to provide one and they are expensive. They did go out of their way to get me a visit on Monday the 31st. I called them at 4PM the previous Friday and they were booked up Monday but said we could get a tech if there were any cancellations, he called at 10AM and arrived 45 minutes later.Glad I got a second opinion.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
