James was the service tech thatcame out. After all the reviews I have read, I was very apprehensive about final cost.
James understood and was trying to be very upfront on all possible charges and out comes to the repair work.
Even though the problem itself could not be handled, as it is outside the expertise of Raby, it was quickly found and confirmed.
I am very pleased with the out come and informed James, that we will be using them again, for future projects in our new home.

We had a plumbing problem and had to call after hours. To our surprise in no time at all Sam showed up. He promptly found the problem and we realized he was going to have to come back the next morning. Sam was very polite and professional and showed up the next day just as he said he would. Sam worked very hard and never let up. He fixed our problem in amazing time. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to be around. Next time we need help we will request Sam. Thank you so much for everything.
