I just got a full set and pedicure Friday and thought it was okay. My feet were very rough so I figured the rough parts left behind would be fixed with lotion. It wasn’t. It’s been 2 days and the roughness is worse than when I went in. Like they got some of it but left the rest. My nails look like they’re a week grown out also. I’ve had pedicures from here before and loved them. Not sure why it was so bad this time. The pic is two days after.

I went to 3D nails with my friend today for a pedicure. Place is real clean but customer service is lacking. There were four other ladies getting pedicures next to us (also arrived before us) that were still getting treatment even after we had left. We didn't get asked what package we wanted and it just felt rushed. While getting ready to pay, I handed my card and got back a receipt that had no tip line. The man that did my toenails held out his hand for a cash tip. I mentioned I didn't have cash on me thinking that I could add it in. One of the ladies chimed in that they could run it again. So I said that was alright. I received no thank you for coming in or the tip (that was more than I typically give due to the "inconvenience.") My nails and feet look and feel good, but I won't be returning.

I Had The Dip Nails. First Time To Experience Dip Nails. I Think I'm Going To Like Them. My Person Who Did My Nails Was Lee. He Did A Great Job And I Appreciate His Honesty And His Fun Sense Of Humor. I Will Definitely Go Back.
