“I went to a appointment with my Nan and going was very worried the concerns I had for her wouldn’t be heard. I’ve never trusted any medical providers with her care because I’m just overly protective. That being said my worries quickly went away when Chelsea came in and I saw how wonderful she was interacting and listening to my grandmother and in holding her to testing that had been ordered previously. She listened and figured out the concerns that I had while also explaining and putting in for more information on a portable oxygen machine(unsure what it’s actually called) so that my Nan can continue to have small adventures in the community and enjoy time with family outside of her home. I’m beyond impressed and so grateful to have her as my grandmas primary!! She’s one of the best and truly cares!“
