“I worked with Tanner, Thomas, and Jalen to get a new Trane XR14 system purchased and installed.

I have to say that when I had other competitors come out and price a new system, they always spoke highly of Mountain Air. I wasn't really sure what that meant but you could tell they were respected. Now, I know why.

Working with Tanner on the system I needed and the financing was extremely easy, to the point, and he didn't try to put me in something I didn't need. He was honest and upfront from the very beginning. He even came out to check on the guys and make sure I was happy during the install. Very surprised by that (in a good way).

Jalen and Thomas came out to the house for the install. They worked all-day, on a Friday, to make sure the system was installed and working properly. They also ran into an issue with the outside unit and let me know a Trane rep would have to come out and take care of it; probably within a week or two and someone would call me to get it scheduled. To my surprise, the guys (Jalen and Thomas) showed up at 8:30am the following Monday to get it handled. That's exactly why other competitors speak highly of them, guaranteed.

It went well, not cheap but not bad. Air conditioning services are very much required down here in Houston, and this national business is one which is popular here in Houston and has broken into the market pretty nicely so that's good for them.“
