I do NOT recommend this company. Western finance used to be a great place to deal with but the people they have there now are awful. Harassing you and threatening to cause a scene at your place of employment. Calling your workplace, after already setting up a payment date. Telling you that you don’t deserve to have any things that you can’t afford to pay for, after you fell behind because of temporary loss of income after a lengthy illness… even though you’ve been making payments every month to try to catch up. Lying and saying that you haven’t made payments, even though you have dated receipts for those payments. 100% do not recommend this business to ANYONE. I checked the Better Business Bureau and apparently they have a lot of similar complaints, as well as trying to cheat people out of their money by saying they didn’t pay when they did, threats, trying to collect money on non-existing loans, and more. The BBB also says they reached out to the company and they wouldn’t take or return their calls.
