Place cannot keep an appointment time to save their life. Difficult to trust someone with your children’s health when they repeatedly cannot get something as simple as an appointment time correct. Sat in the waiting room over 45 minutes last week without a single peep. Absolutely nobody checked on us, just locked us in a room in the back. Id probably still be sitting there if I hadn’t got up and complained. After 60+ minutes, the dr finally came in. Seems to be the way this place is setup. Decent dr’s, but it’s difficult to find a less professional place of business.

The wait time was long with an appointment. The Dr did stay in the room for a while but was very passive with every concern I had. That does bother me. When I have concerns about my children I don’t like every single one to be kinda brushed off. That was the negative part to me. The Nurses were phenomenal! They were absolutely amazing with kids. Actually some of the best, caring nurses I’ve ever seen. They didn’t just hold my kids down and stick them with shots. They took their time and made the whole experience better.
