I tried many times to contact Vie through email to give her access to the property. After a week of being ignored, she used the excuse that her email had been "messed up" yet offered no apology. Weeks later, when my attempts to alert her to flooding via email failed, she got irate with me on the phone, cussed, and treated me as if it were my fault she does not check her email. I suggested that, as a professional property manager, she should consider downloading an email app on her phone. It's important to note that the first time she told me she doesn't check her email was when she was yelling at me for emailing her. Bottom line, if you prefer to communicate via email, do not use this company.
