The technician did an excellent job on my PC. He took the time and worked through the process very well and cleaned up the PC. He had a good personality and I appreciate his time and work that he completed
They are helpful in resolving your problems. The last time I called them, I had a new printer that wouldn't work correctly and they fixed it remotely and now it's working fine.
