“I called another H&A service first. Their man came out, looked around outside, climbed up in the attic and made the following suggestions: Said my filter was dirty (it wasn't). Said I should use fiber glass filters. Said I needed 19 inches of insulation in my attic. Said my present unit was too small. Left. Sent me a bill for $85 for this advice.I then called Swim. They came when they said they would. They went to work on my compressor, washed it out, cleaned the coils, checked and rechecked their performance readings, added a pound of freon. Turned the unit back on and it immediately worked better. Now I'm enjoying the good air conditioner performance I had in the past.“
