We love our house! Even after closing, they’ve stayed connected to make sure the experience was great. That always gets 5 stars in my book because it shows attentiveness to me and my family.

Wanted to wait a year before writing our review.We still LOVE our Simmons build! From start to finish. The design team was super professional and helped make our choices come to life! Our home turned out so lovely, thanks to the construction crews, and the warranty department has answered any questions or minor concerns we may have had in a timely manner. We love our neighborhood and the location as well!

Simmons built our home in 2020! From start to finish, it was done well and exceeded our expectations! The sales person made it easy, they kept us up to date on construction and the communication was excellent.
