Paid for a protection plan with the Geek Squad after purchasing a new CPU. They have been to my home 2 times, and I've spoken with someone one the phone over 5 times. NO SUCCESS. I had a referral to Owasso Computer - and with in an hour, Dillon had successfully addressed my concerns and cleared off all the 'failed fixes' from the Geek Squad. THANK YOU - THANK YOU!
