Paid for a protection plan with the Geek Squad after purchasing a new CPU. They have been to my home 2 times, and I've spoken with someone one the phone over 5 times. NO SUCCESS. I had a referral to Owasso Computer - and with in an hour, Dillon had successfully addressed my concerns and cleared off all the 'failed fixes' from the Geek Squad. THANK YOU - THANK YOU!

Amazing, fast customer service experience from a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful business. Very grateful for these folks. I will continue to call on them for all my computer and IT needs.

I have used Shepard Technologies for years, and will use them for as long as I own computers! Chip and Clint are the best, and I recommend them and the Shepard Technologies team highly.
