Owasso Express Laundry was so helpful after I lost power. I was worn out from the heat and I dragged my laundry in and Ms. Brittany jumped to the door and helped me to a machine. She walked me though the entire process and helped me setup a laundry card. I was really down mentally and Ms. Casey let me hangout and chat while she folded one of her orders. I really needed a positive environment and this place did not disappoint. The ladies were running circles trying to keep up with regular orders and help the people who lost power figure out the machines. My washer went out and l was encouraged to go here. What a nice, clean, service oriented laundromat! Head and shoulders above any I've ever used. I've used the machines myself as well as having them do my laundry and both were great experiences!

Friendly staff, and super fast. It's true about ionized water, for cleaner clothes. I worked for my cousin in restoration, so I know all about how good ionization works. Well worth a little extra money!
