Horrible customer service. The front desk people are incompetent. Also, if you plan on using your prescription to purchase your glasses elsewhere, they won't release your script to you so good luck!

One of the best experiences you could ask for both from staff and doctor. Even as a new patient I was treated as if I had been a faithful client. Dr. Rigney contacred the manufacturer of the colord contact provider as my eyes were to big around to wear them. The manufacturer said they couldn't help I need to order more. As a single mom without insurance that simply wasn't an option. I was crying knowing I lost the only $ I had for them, and was going to be blind. Dr. Rigney talk we the sales rep who got me the ones I needed with no additional charge. It's nice to a doctor who cares about his patients new or old the way he does.
