Family Animal Medicine is a veterinary clinic known for its wonderful and friendly staff who provide compassion, caring, attentive, exceptional care for their patients, treating them like family. They have provided excellent care for multiple dogs of reviewers since 2012. The clinic stands out for its consistent politeness, prompt service, and affordable prices. Dr. Chelsea Walker is commended for her patience, compassion, and exceptional customer service, especially when handling anxious animals. The staff's kindness is also highly appreciated by clients. They are phenomenal, amazing, extremely compassionate, empathetic, honest, understanding, and down to earth. They explain and give lots of options, are very knowledgeable and super caring, and ask all the right questions.
Everyone from the front desk, to vet techs and especially the Dr's are so extremely passionate about your pet! They truly treat them as if they are their own animal! I couldn't be more pleased with them.
They also helped me with my last baby back in 2018 and they were just as caring and passionate then also! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a caring Vet and team! I LOVE MY FAM FAMILY!!!
I am so grateful for the loving care given to my cat Lele who needed a dental cleaning. Dr. Gena, Chloe and the staff were great! Dr. Gena called me the day after to check on her recovery progress. Amazing 😻 Thank you all so much!! 🙏🏽
