“Our main air conditioner has been giving trouble for some time, it finally got so bad we called Love Friday evening and explained our situation, he came out early Saturday morning, checked it out, and like normal it worked fine while he was here. We discussed what had been happening and he said it sounded like the condenser fan motor going out and wanted us to get a video of it when it acted up, we did get it on video and sent it to him Monday morning, called and talked, ordered the part and he called Wednesday morning and said it was in and if we were home he would have someone out to install it. It is now working great, also had a call from them about two hours after the install to check if is was working OK. We are very pleased with the service and prompt response.“
