We have had great experiences with United Mechanical for the last several years. Their technicians have a higher level of knowledge and proficiency than anyone with have dealt with, particularly for large commercial units (50 tons). Their office and billing staff are also nice and helpful.

We have a VERY complex HVAC glycol system that covers our entire Data Center and these guys are the ONLY people we trust to ever touch it. These are the kind of people who can speak to you in terms you might understand but can easily delve deep into the theory behind all the things they do and seem to have an intimate understanding of not just HVAC, but temperature physics, chemical reactivity, environmental pressure, machinery, complex computer configurations... Michael is our go-to guy, he's insanely smart, hard working and quite frankly really easy to get along with.
