They told me that it would take 3 hours but I went back in 2 hours and my phone was ready. They are little out of the way for me because they are on the south side and I live in midwest city but they had it fixed early. I dropped it off then went to Penn Square mall which is about 1 mile 1/2 away and walked around so that 2 hours went pretty quick. Go to the mall, watch a movie and your phone should be done.
I would like to thank Tom at this store. He was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. He went way above and beyond what he needed to do. I recommend him and this store to anyone needing anything tech wise fixed. Your greatly appreciated
Above and beyond. The tech not only replaced the broken screen, he also replaced the battery and apparently made some other improvements. The phone runs even better than before it broke.
