Despite the ups and downs, I had at the beginning, Marlene has been absolute helpful, informative, kind, professional and understanding. Zack is now my permanent tech for my home, and he has been great. He has followed my requests. Sometimes the company isn't bad, is the people that works there that leave a bad reputation for the company. Thanks to Marlene, she made it clear Turf Works is there for the customers and did everything in her power to make it right and assigned a tech that would do it right. Looking forward for many years of services with Turf Works.

I have been using them for almost 3 years now. They do a great job. Anytime I have had interactions with their staff, they have been very professional and helpful. I’m very pleased and will continue to use them so long as I stay within their service area.
