They cannot sew in straight lines for working uniform patches. One of the lines even veered off the patch and then back on. There was puckering in two of the patches from the wonky sewing. When I pointed it out to the cashier she agreed they were crooked, apologized, wondered aloud “who did this,” and took the uniform to the back to be redone by their tailor. When the tailor brought it back out the sewing lines were still crooked. So she tried again but the end result was the same. They sewed on new stripes for me. They argued with me when I told them they are too low. They replied saying they are supposed to be 6 inches from the top of the sleeve. I printed the regulation, highlighted where the stripes go and they told me the regulation was wrong!! I’ll never go here again.

There are so many better places to go for dry cleaning and tailoring. Tinker AFB Cleaners are very slow, expensive, and have overall poor quality service. I'm stunned they're still in business.
