I have relied on Mr. Mike Ledbetter, and his team, at Technology Unlimited for nearly 2 decades to troubleshoot and fix my office computer and technology issues. If I have a problem, I know I can call on him, and count on him, to reduce promptly and professionally what at first looks like a potential -- or actual -- catastrophe to a minor annoyance. His knowledge and skill in this domain are first-rate. He shows his understanding of the phrase "customer service" every time I have an issue and need to call on him.
