Aaron was very polite, patient and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about the old system that i have and helped me solve my AC issues easily. He made me as a customer feel very comfortable and i felt like I could trust him and Stover with all of my heat and air needs. I will be buying a new heat and air system from Stover this fall. Thank you Stover Heat and Air!
Aaron Stover is competent and professional. His prices are reasonable and he tries to save the customer money by presenting options if possible, but only if the service can still be done right. I guess it boils down to the fact that he has INTEGRITY, which is a rare and valuable characteristic. I would recommend his company for any of the services he offers.
Great service work by Aaron! I was informed of what the plan was and the cost before any actions were performed. Easy to talk to and understand, answered my questions. Overall great experience.
