I called and left a message with them last night, telling them my water heater tray was full, pilot light wouldn't come back on, and I needed them to come ASAP. They texted me first thing this morning, said we're going to come this morning, we'll text you at 8:30 to let you know when. They texted me before 8:30 and told me they'd be here around 11. Jace came right at 11, found the crack in my tank, meaning I needed a new water heater. He said if I went and got one myself they could maybe install it today. I immediately bought one at Home Depot, brought it home, and 30 minutes later Moses and Josiah showed up and installed it, hauling away the old one. Took them about...read full review
