Walter was absolutely fantastic. We’ve never used Stanley Steemer before, so we really had no expectations of how this would go, but a bar has been set. By far one of the most painless processes I’ve ever been through.The cleaning was thorough and results are already night and day difference, he was personable, and incredibly kind. Should we find ourselves in need of another clean, we will absolutely come back and request Walter!

I called Stanley Steamer for an emergency pet situation and they came out same day! They truly saved me so many tears! They were kind and understanding. Our service technician Jerry (OKC) was phenomenal! So kind and helpful! Even made me laugh when I wanted to cry about the whole situation! I will only use Stanley Steamer going forward for because of their excellent workmanship and the wonderful people they employ!
