David was awesome. He went over every detail of what he was about to do and if we had any questions? We have an area rug that is made of Australian Wool and he told us that if he did it, in house, it may damage the rug. He showed us a video of how you do it at the shop and we decided to do it that way. He was extremely careful with all our furniture while cleaning and moving it and very respectful of us. If we ever use Stanley Steemer again David will be our choice. Thank you for a great job.

Michael and Zachary were prompt, professional, and efficient. They got the job done in a short time and cleaned up better than it was before they started. Highly recommend for dryer vent clean out.

First time using Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning. My technician David contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He surveyed all areas to be cleaned. Advised me of the pre-treatment, cleaning, protectant, and deodorizer regimen involved. Before pictures were taken. All carpet areas were cleaned. Pictures were taken afterwards, and the comparison to the before showed a 100 percent improvement. I am completely satisfied.
