Everyone here is so nice!! Southern Loans application process is easy and the loan terms are good for the types of loans they offer (in my opinion at least!). What I really appreciate is that for one, you can always go in to the store and talk to a real person if you have any issues or need to arrange a payment plan or renew your loan. I have some loans I’ve taken out completely online, and when I have issues with my 100% online loans it’s frustrating having to deal with chat bots or wait for an email that could take 1-3 days to get a response to. I have been doing business here for a few years now and everyone has always been polite and professional. As long as I stay in touch they have always been more than willing to make arrangements with me.
