I was at Home Depot during Black Friday and they had an Amazing Promotion on an HVAC Tune-up. I purchased the Tune-up for my Heater even though it still was working but it had been awhile since it had been checked. I was notified by Snow Bear that a technician was coming to my house and the appointment time as well a confirmed date. This morning I received a text message letting me know the time slot and the tech's name was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was very professional.
