Great experience! I definitely found me a new person to cut my hair. will definitely be back as long as she is there! My second visit with Christina I believe is her name I'm bad with names. But second just as good as the first. very satisfied with my hair cut she gave me!
Bibi is a wonderful hair stylist and I am greatful that she works for smartstyle she did a wonderful job i got a haircut and over all hair dye. Thank you bibi and she deserves a bonus thans again and I'll be back.
The manger BiBi is great. She is always friendly and kind even when she is overloaded with clients.
This past Saturday I took my mom in to have her hair done. There was one other person in the salon besides the manger. It was a gentleman he was an employee was standing at the doorway into the salon. He did not greet us, he did appear that he even wanted to be there. I said we have an appointment with BiBi. He didn't ask for our name or even tell us to check in.
After about 5 minutes BiBi came out from the back and told us she would be with us. This poor manger was having to sweep the floors, but the towels to wash and dry along with taking care of the clients....read full review
