Called around noon and needed my starter replaced. He said we can have it done today bring it by , from past mechanic experiences I thought “yeah right” but they called me 2 hours later and said it was ready and at an amazing price!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Good work on my car. Reasonable pricing. The mechanic was great.However, the communication with me about what was going on was poor. The business didn't let me know they didn't accept credit or debit cards before the work was done. There was also some miscommunication about the work done, and when I was to get my vehicle back.Ultimately, the pads and rotors were replaced the day I brought it in. That's why I think the business is 5 worth five stars. Getting the job done is what it's really about!
Got quoted nearly 700 dollars by a corporate entity for something that wasn't even wrong with my vehicle. Rogers identified the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes for 20 bucks. Don't get scammed by other auto shops, go to Rogers.
