I bought my house from RLA over a year ago. I was impressed with the amount of information provided after the closing ... actual documentation on the appliances, sprinkler system, fireplace, etc. They kept everything. They also provided the paint colors, vendors, and leftover paint. Bobby was especially helpful in answering questions and being available for follow-up questions. What a great experience. The house is of great quality. At first I had a few problems which were quickly fixed. Thanks to RLA for doing such good work.
