A few months ago they put in a new water heater for me. A few weeks ago I discovered I could not keep the pilot light lit and could only take freezing cold showers. I called them about the problem and they scheduled someone to come out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part in just a few minutes. Luckily, the repairs were covered by the warranty. Everyone was very nice, very efficient, and very quick to address the issue.
Shelby was amazing and got our sinks unclothed. He even tested our hard water. We have been having an issue with our water for a while but didn't know it was this bad. Thank you so much for your help
The pilot went out which is very rare but the technician cam out the very next morning and said the parts could take three days but then said they were going to take one off of the other new unit just to get us water that morning. Very fast and efficient! Thank you guys for all of your help and customer service!
