Bobby Waldron came out and was professional and definitely did not give me a sales pitch. He honestly told me what was going on with my foundation and left the decision up to me. No high pressure just facts so I was informed. I was not going with anybody but Ram Jack due to the way they put in piers. The crew came out and all worked together like clockwork. They were friendly and informative and showed me how my cracks were closing. They have an awesome system. Cleaned up and my plants looked fine even though they had been dug up. They were replaced and everything looked good. Don't believe these other companies that say they do the same thing. No they don't. Extremely happy with this company and their employees from start to finish. These days it's hard to find a company that stands by their work!
Repeat customer. They are very responsive and very informative. Crews always professional and protect/clean up the workspace great. I hope we don’t have to in the future, but we will use them again if needed. They are not the cheapest, but your homes structural integrity is nothing to shop around on or trust to a “multi specialty”person/company. Foundations is all these folks do.
I can’t thank Doug enough for taking care of us & making our house look a million times better!! Will highly recommend to all friends & family!
