I do most of my homes repairs. When our refrigerator freezer stopped working, that was $2000 dollars I did not have to buy a replacement right after the holidays. Found great videos online to help trouble shoot the problem and after 25+ years of working industrial maintenance, I was sure of my problem. Identified the parts but ordering online was cheap but long lead times on parts. Called local parts suppliers and prices were excessively high and some did not have them in stock. Called Associated Appliance and they had the parts I needed and pricing was about half of what others wanted. Drove to the shop and got my parts and repairs were made without issues. Four stars only because of the pricing I could of gotten if I wanted to wait.

Mr. Palmer repaired a washing machine for me today, and not only was his work top notch, his customer service and attitude were as well! I will gladly recommend him to friends and family, and I love to see a small businessman that refuses to cut corners! His labor cost was very affordable and he happily diagnosed the problem, procured parts, and got my washer back to work in just a day!

I was hesitant at first due to a review on yelp but let me tell you this man could not have been more professional and very thorough. He was very pleasant to talk to, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and also had a great sense of humor , which I greatly appreciate. I will recommend him to my friends and also request him through AHS if I ever need someone again. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. I don't understand the negative reviews. So I felt compelled to write a positive one.
