Every time we have been here we have waited forever to be seen. Had an appt arrived 30 minutes early, 45 minutes later and still waiting. An hour and a half+ wait!!!!! Then it takes forever once we are actually in the office. So ridiculous especially since we live 2 hours away. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was on the fence about coming here to see Dr. Hume but trusted my pain doctors referral. I went in for my first appointment and felt super uncomfortable from the start. My appointment was scheduled at noon and could hear a conversation being had about sending me off to go get lunch and come back later because their tech had left to lunch. Big surprise. I was able to get an X-ray done and met Dr. Hume’s PA who wanted to have further imaging done and I told the assistant where I wanted to have my imaging done and was told “ok” before she walked off, leaving me to find my own way out of their office.
